Be Active Hampshire

About

Be Active Hampshire is a free 12- week programme for inactive adults in Hampshire. It’s here to help you move more, feel better, and enjoy getting active in a way that suits you. We are offering free, welcoming group sessions held in local spaces- like yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and beginner circuits. The sessions are inclusive, supportive sessions that work for all abilities and backgrounds.

This service is built with Hampshire residents in mind, especially those in areas where people are least active. If you’ve been wanting to make a change but haven’t known where to start, this is your chance. No pressure, no gym gear needed, just a friendly space to take your first step.

Be Active Hampshire is the new service here to help anyone who is inactive, move their way to better health. The 12-week physical activity and healthy lifestyle programme supports adults who are currently inactive to improve their health and wellbeing through personalised support and community-based physical activity courses.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.
