About She Strides Run Club

She Strides Run Club is a welcoming women-led running community where pace doesn’t matter - people do. It’s about turning up, moving your body, and feeling stronger together, whether you’re jogging, running, or just starting out.
She Strides Run Club is a welcoming, women-focused running community designed to encourage people of all fitness levels to get active in a supportive and inclusive environment. The group is open to complete beginners through to more experienced runners, with no pressure around pace or performance. The emphasis is on participation, confidence-building, and enjoyment rather than competition.

Sessions are social, friendly, and accessible, offering a safe space for women to move their bodies, improve their fitness, and connect with others in the local community. Whether participants choose to walk, jog, or run, everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and feel part of a positive group atmosphere.

The aim of She Strides Run Club is to promote physical activity, mental wellbeing, and community connection, helping women feel empowered through movement and consistency in a relaxed, non-judgemental setting.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.
